The contemporary house, bathed in light and offering generous spaces, is ideal for a successful Breton Break. Take advantage of the landscaped garden to relax: a rest area is at your disposal as well as outdoor games such as molky and Breton palets. For total relaxation, the property's private SPA is accessible by reservation (€20 per room and per session, bathrobes provided).

Villa Emeraude is ideally located 1 km from the centre of Léhon, a small town full of character and charm, with its picturesque bridge, its abbey, its old fortified castle and its lock on the Rance. Lovers of walks or bike rides will find what they are looking for thanks to the many hiking trails accessible from the house. Maps, circuits and a repair kit are available, and bike rental is possible via the local agency Kaouann.

The three guest rooms are located on the upper floor of this beautiful contemporary residence. Each room is unique and carefully decorated, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The landing, converted into a reading corner, offers a lovely view of Dinan and is an ideal place to relax.

On the ground floor, a wooden terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs invites you to relax in the open air. A cozy lounge, reserved for guests, offers magazines, games and hiking maps. It is also in this friendly space or on the terrace that you will enjoy a hearty breakfast composed of homemade products (cakes, waffles, fruit salads) and delicious local products.

For connected or teleworking travelers, each room has a workspace with a high-performance internet connection. The common room on the ground floor can also be used as a coworking space or host small seminars.
